JSW teamed up with Miromar Lakes, to style and design a shoot for them, to promote their venue for weddings.  Miromar Lakes offers a variety of luxurious, picturesque views that create memories that will last a lifetime.  Katie York, a newly wed and former bride of mine, was the model for this shoot.  I knew she would be a perfect fit, and the photos taken by Luminaire Foto were beyond superb.  Her natural beauty mirrored the scenery surrounding her in such an enchanting way.  We decided to do a simple lace gown and adorn it with a floral crown, glittery heels, and a lush bouquet.  Thank you Katie for modeling for JSW & Miromar Lakes!  You shined so brightly!

Jessica and Aaron were ecstatic that their wedding day had finally arrived.  You could tell by the expressions on their faces when they entered Miromar Lakes, that they were filled with joy and so thrilled that today was the day.  Jessica’s jeweled headband and lace trimmed veil complimented her dress beautifully.  She kept her faith close to her heart, wearing a dainty cross necklace, along with a simple bracelet and dangling earrings.  Hope Henderson Artistry gave Jessica luscious loose curls and bronzed makeup, which looked so well with her tanned skin.  Jessica and Aaron had a private moment before meeting each other down the aisle.  The two held hands without coming face to face, as they anxiously waited the moment when they would be able to see one another again.  Shortly after, the ceremony had started.  The room glistened as the sun reflected off the amber chandelier, but it was Jessica who lit up the room.  All eyes turned and watched her as she graciously walked down the aisle.

The couple had dreamed of an elegant wedding with personal touches that they would remember for eternity.  A special table was set up that was dedicated to the families of the bride and groom.  There was wedding photos of the bride’s parents, the groom’s parents, and their grandparents, celebrating the different generations of matrimony and the unity of two families.  The father of the bride handcrafted a white card box that was decorated with black ribbon and cream flowers, which was absolutely stunning.  All of the stationary was created by DM Paper Designs, including a charming sign that said “I have always known it was you”.  Jessica and Aaron shared a sweetheard table that was covered in shiny blush linen from Connie Duglin, that had a large black bow hanging from the front of it.  The newly weds enjoyed spending time with each one of their guests and dancing on the dance floor.  An impressive white cake with white piping detail, a black bow with a brooch in the center, and white flowers on the top tier was created by Mason’s Bakery.  An action station with an ice cream sundae bar was also available, which has a delicious assortment of toppings.  As a sweet thank you gift, Jessica and Aaron gave all their guests yummy donuts.  This lavish wedding came to an end with Jessica and Aaron being sent off into the night whiles guests illuminated their path with sparklers.

Erin & Sean, Miromar Lakes Beach Club – Mirromar Lakes, FL

This beautiful wedding at Miromar Lakes was nothing short of luxurious.  Erin being a head designer at White House Black Market was definitely in tune with what is classic and beautiful.  She wanted sparkle with a touch of vintage elegance.  I think we nailed it.  My favorite part was the ceremony location we picked out at Miromar Lakes that has never been used for a wedding before.  It was tough to wrap their heads around the idea logistically but once we got into the creative process it was obvious how perfect this was.  We chose to have the ceremony as the sun went down highlighting the candlelight in the fountain and the intricate floral work created by signature floral.  The Lazaro dress was just magical as it floated down the aisle.  For a total of 4 weeks to plan this wedding, we really hit the mark!  Thank you Erin & Sean, we can not wait for the video!
