Italian Vow Renewal Published on Occasions Blog

screenshot

We are so happy to see our friends Tiffany and Cody have their vow renewal featured on Occasions blog!  Tiffany and Cody decided to renew their wedding vows after 7 wonderful years of marriage.  What makes this event extra special is that Tiffany and Cody are both the owners and photographers of Hunter Ryan Photo, but this time they got to be the ones in front of the camera.  JSW is friends with the fabulous couple, so we were thrilled when they asked us to plan and design their event!  Tiffany ad Cody wanted a Italian theme that would be romantic and fun!  We chose to keep it neutral with pops of blue and burgundy.  Tiffany’s Cymbeline high-low gown looked stunning, and showed off her burgundy heels.  Their alter had a wreath that read “La Nostra Vita Bella” which is Italian for “our beautiful life”, and the day truly revolved around Tiffany and Cody.  They decided to make the day only about their love for each other, and did not invite any guests.  Love notes were exchanged instead of traditional vows.  Afterwards, the couple shared a cheese/anitpasto platter and Italian wedding cake. They had a blast having their pictures taken, and their undeniable love for one another was captured in every photo by Zee Anna Photography and NikkiMayDay Photography.  And nothing can add a little piece of Italy like driving away into the sunset in a Vespa!

Mary & Dave’s Botanical Wedding Published on Savvy Deets Bridal Blog!

Screen Shot 2013-09-18 at 10.59.16 AM

Mary and Dave’s wedding has been featured again!  This time the garden wedding was published on Savvy Deets Bridal!  The lovely venue for this wedding, Naples Botanical Garden, added an alluring backdrop for Mary and Dave’s special day.  The garden filled with lush plants, so we played up the natural scenery with simple decor, letting nature’s beauty glow.  Mary and Dave looked adorable together.  It was such a great experience to work with these high school sweethearts, learn their story, and watch their love grow.

Jessica and Aaron were ecstatic that their wedding day had finally arrived.  You could tell by the expressions on their faces when they entered Miromar Lakes, that they were filled with joy and so thrilled that today was the day.  Jessica’s jeweled headband and lace trimmed veil complimented her dress beautifully.  She kept her faith close to her heart, wearing a dainty cross necklace, along with a simple bracelet and dangling earrings.  Hope Henderson Artistry gave Jessica luscious loose curls and bronzed makeup, which looked so well with her tanned skin.  Jessica and Aaron had a private moment before meeting each other down the aisle.  The two held hands without coming face to face, as they anxiously waited the moment when they would be able to see one another again.  Shortly after, the ceremony had started.  The room glistened as the sun reflected off the amber chandelier, but it was Jessica who lit up the room.  All eyes turned and watched her as she graciously walked down the aisle.

The couple had dreamed of an elegant wedding with personal touches that they would remember for eternity.  A special table was set up that was dedicated to the families of the bride and groom.  There was wedding photos of the bride’s parents, the groom’s parents, and their grandparents, celebrating the different generations of matrimony and the unity of two families.  The father of the bride handcrafted a white card box that was decorated with black ribbon and cream flowers, which was absolutely stunning.  All of the stationary was created by DM Paper Designs, including a charming sign that said “I have always known it was you”.  Jessica and Aaron shared a sweetheard table that was covered in shiny blush linen from Connie Duglin, that had a large black bow hanging from the front of it.  The newly weds enjoyed spending time with each one of their guests and dancing on the dance floor.  An impressive white cake with white piping detail, a black bow with a brooch in the center, and white flowers on the top tier was created by Mason’s Bakery.  An action station with an ice cream sundae bar was also available, which has a delicious assortment of toppings.  As a sweet thank you gift, Jessica and Aaron gave all their guests yummy donuts.  This lavish wedding came to an end with Jessica and Aaron being sent off into the night whiles guests illuminated their path with sparklers.
