JSW teamed up with Miromar Lakes, to style and design a shoot for them, to promote their venue for weddings. Miromar Lakes offers a variety of luxurious, picturesque views that create memories that will last a lifetime. Katie York, a newly wed and former bride of mine, was the model for this shoot. I knew she would be a perfect fit, and the photos taken by Luminaire Foto were beyond superb. Her natural beauty mirrored the scenery surrounding her in such an enchanting way. We decided to do a simple lace gown and adorn it with a floral crown, glittery heels, and a lush bouquet. Thank you Katie for modeling for JSW & Miromar Lakes! You shined so brightly!
Check out Shannon and Daniel’s Ice Cream Engagement Shoot…AGAIN! This sweet shoot has been one of my most popular engagement shoots! It blows my mind that it has been featured on SEVERAL DIFFERENT BLOGS…ONCE AGAIN! I had a great time styling this shoot! It was silly, sweet and overall tons of fun. Gracie of Hope Artistry did the adorable hair and makeup. Tonya Malay did the photography! Savvy Deets Bridal, Wed Loft, and Weddings Illustrated all RAVED about it! This engagement shoot was also featured on Chic Bride, as a way to propose! To read Jet Set Wed’s blog post click HERE! Adding a brooch to your bouquet provides that little bit of interest and unique flare that all brides are searching for. You can make this piece all your own by using an heirloom, a piece from your mothers dress, grandmothers hairpiece or you can order it off of etsy ( you can find anything off of etsy). Whether it’s a vintage staple, glam or sentiment you’re looking for, you can do it with a broach. Maybe even marking this piece as your something old, something new or something borrowed. As the mother of the bride, you want to be classy and stylish. Why don’t you give a nod to the bridesmaids and the bride? That’s what this mother did! She wore a classy elegant black dress, with one sheer sleeve. This dress gave an illusion of a one-shoulder dress, like the bridesmaids, but being the mother of the bride she’s able to keep a more sophisticated feel. Check out this chic trend and more from this wedding HERE!
